Paid Ads Specialist (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance, optimizing for CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to maximize effectiveness.
- Collaborate with our creative team to design ad content that aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and spend efficiency.
- Provide in-depth reports and insights on campaign performance, recommending areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital advertising best practices.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and other advertising platforms.
- Demonstrated experience managing campaigns with an eye on performance metrics.
- Budget management skills, including forecasting and meeting ROI targets.
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams for impactful ad development.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with regional markets and consumer behavior is a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
